Grasshoppers
GET REAL Strength - Grasshoppers are a fantastic bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise that requires no equipment whatsoever. In order to perform them, simply get in a Push-up position and cross one of your legs across your body (underneath you) so that it sticks out beyond the side of the other side of your body. Once you are in that position, hop both of your feet a few inches off the ground and rapidly switch your feet postilions so that the leg that was out to the opposite side is now straight back in the the normal push-up position location and the other leg is now sticking out to the opposite side. As soon as you land from each hop, immediately go into the next hop. Repeat this continuously until you have performed the planned number of reps.
