Behind Neck Press (clean grip)

The Behind the Neck Press (clean grip) is performed exactly like Behind Neck Press (middle grip) except the hands will be placed at the same grip width as you would use for a Clean.  Although this exercise is not a bodyweight exercise, it helps tremendously in developing overall bodyweight strength because it greatly increases core stability, overhead pushing strength, and total body coordination.
